Equipment For Treating River Water

一、Water treatment equipment treatment of river water workflow:

1. Physical filtration:Through quartz sand filter and activated carbon filter to remove large particles of impurities, suspended matter, organic matter, residual chlorine, odor and pigment in water.

2. Chemical treatment:The use of coagulants to make the suspended matter and colloids in the water aggregate to form larger particles, easy for subsequent precipitation and filtration. Commonly used coagulants include aluminum salts, iron salts, etc., which can effectively remove suspended solids and colloidal substances in water.

3. Sedimentation basin:The water after coagulation treatment enters the sedimentation tank and uses gravity to precipitate the suspended matter to the bottom to further remove impurities from the water.

4. Filtering basin:The precipitated water is filtered through the filter. The commonly used filter is fast filter and slow filter. The fast filter adopts the double-layer filter material structure of quartz sand and coal, which can effectively remove the residual suspended matter and organic matter. The slow filter further purifies the water through slow filtration.

5. Disinfection equipment:The filtered water passes through the disinfection device to kill bacteria and viruses in the water to ensure the safety of water quality.

6. Online ‌ monitoring and automatic control:Water treatment equipment is equipped with precision monitoring system, real-time monitoring of water quality indicators such as pH value, dissolved oxygen, electrical conductivity and so on. Once abnormal water quality is detected, the system will automatically adjust the treatment process parameters or issue an alarm to ensure that the treated water always meets the safety standards ‌.

Note:

‌  Maintenance and management: Regular replacement of filter elements, cleaning membrane components, inspection and calibration of instruments and other maintenance work is to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and the treatment effect of the key. In the later maintenance, attention should be paid to selecting the appropriate type and amount of activated carbon according to the water quality.
